I’m a multi-disciplinary Design Strategist & Product Designer, who is passionate about building innovative solutions for ambiguous problems.
I am a Design leader crafting digital products and experiences that bring functionality, empathy, and beauty together. I have been designing experiences, studying users and their challenges, and working with multidisciplinary teams on delivering elegant solutions for the past 10 years, half of that time I was an architect. The past 5 years I have been at Google, designing the next generation Operating Systems for Fuchsia and Android Automotive, and leading design strategy for YouTube’s emerging technologies.
I graduated from University of Southern California with a degree in Architecture. During my 5 years as an Architect I have been fortunate to work at award winning firms, collaborating on the design of museum exhibitions, residential developments, and commercial projects. I also led my own design studio for 2 years, which specialized in concept design, 3D modeling, and rendering. We were privileged to place first at a design competition of a high-rise residential tower in Los Angeles, which is currently built.
I'm passionate about great design, despite the medium, and I'm always looking for new ways to expand creatively and intellectually. On my free time, I am usually listening to podcasts on technology and psychology, exploring new music, practicing flow arts, making light installations, and creating art.
